Affiliate Program Terms for Virafuel.com
Introduction
Welcome to the Virafuel.com Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Virafuel.com ("we," "our," or "us").
Commission Structure
Cookie Duration: We use a 60-day cookie for tracking referrals. This means that you will earn commissions for any eligible purchases made within 60 days of the referred user clicking your affiliate link.
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 30% recurring commissions for every subscription referred, as long as the subscription remains active.
Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is $25 Commissions will be paid once your earnings reach this amount.
Payments
Payout Schedule: Payments are processed on a monthly basis. Earnings accrued by the end of the month will be paid within the first 15 days of the following month.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal
Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Virafuel.com through ethical and legal means, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and websites.
Prohibited Activities:
Using spam or unsolicited communications to promote Virafuel.com.
Engaging in activities that mislead users or damage Virafuel.com’s reputation.
Bidding on trademarks or using branded terms in paid advertisements.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising and data privacy.
Termination
By Virafuel.com: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for breach of these Terms or for any activity we deem harmful to our brand.
By the Affiliate: You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice to us.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the $50 minimum threshold will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Virafuel.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
